2. Hosting, CDN & security

This website is hosted by IONOS SE (Germany); a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. It is delivered via the CDN and security service of Cloudflare Inc. (USA; EU-US Data Privacy Framework / EU standard contractual clauses). Both process IP addresses and connection data to operate and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, e-mail address and message are processed solely to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored only as a hash value for a maximum of one hour. Your data is not shared with third parties beyond the mail provider.

4. Appointment booking & statistics (consent only)

Appointment booking via Calendly LLC (USA) and statistics via Google Analytics 4 load only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, §25 TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after a maximum of 14 months.

5. WhatsApp

Contacting us via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is optional; a transfer of data to the USA is possible. E-mail, phone and the contact form are always available as alternatives.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of any consent you have given.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your personal data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: for us, the Thuringian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI), Erfurt, Germany.
